- Tuesday: 9:30 - 10:15am
- Thursday: 1:30 - 2:15pm
- Friday: 1:30 - 2:15pm
- Saturday: 8:00 - 8:45am
Sidekicks is a captivating class for kids 2.5 up to 3 year-olds, encouraging little Ninjas to engage with their peers as they warm up and practice their physical and social skills! The coaches, along with parents, will guide the "sidekicks" through an easy to navigate obstacle course - no ninja experience required! The children feel great about themselves as they practice and improve gross motor skills, balance and agility.
Junior Ninjas | 4 - 5 years | 50 minutes | $25 per class, billed monthly
- Tuesday: 1:30 - 2:20pm and 3:15 - 4:05pm
- Wednesday: 1:30 - 2:20pm and 3:45 - 4:35pm (FULL, wait-list open)
- Thursday: 2:30 - 3:20pm
- Saturday: 8:45 - 9:35am (FULL, wait-list open)
- Sunday: 10:00 - 10:50am
Ninja fitness classes give kids, ages 4 to 8 and 9 to 12 years old, an immersive experience into the sport of Ninja. Children are introduced to a variety of obstacles and an interactive learning program. Your child will have a blast while learning fitness and life skills.
